this is a paper i had written on Avian flu and its impact on Hotels and restaurants. It is all the more relevant since i heard there is an outbreak of Bird flu in Maharashtra.....but relax guys there is no harm eating chicken as long as it is cooked till 70 degrees C. Anyway read it for yourselves
