thanks for the amazing links. All books are there, but I had no success with the videos.

One tip who face problems while trying to extract files using winrar for secret sauce. If you keep the names of the files as it is, you will not be able to extract as winrar won't understand secret_sauce_I as 1st file and _II as 2nd. you will need to change the file names to something like secret_sauce_1 and secret_sauce_2 and so on.
