Hello, all

I know there's already an 'Introduce Yourself' thread up on the main page but I thought I'd put one up here in the Cafe as well (so it's just for us book readers). Please take a moment to drop in and say hi, maybe tell us a little bit about yourself....or just tell us what type of books you like to read.

Zup, name's Faye. A 19 year old with some angst issue. I read books everyday because that's what I do in my free time and I have free time, always. I live in California. I love Cats. Sometimes I am a cat. I write pretty well, because when I was a kid, I dreamed of being a journalist. Meow. But I ended up majoring in web development. I mostly go for Mystery, Thriller, Suspense books. Though I look like some half-Japanese half-Spanish chick, I am a full blooded Filipino. I like copying accents. I wish I took a Film Director course, because I can. I want to learn to play a Violin. I do not have issues on dying young... The list of weird things about me goes on but I'm stopping for now.

Hi! I'm AM001 (from AnimeManiac001) and I'm a 21 old female, I still study and my favorite books are the Fantasy type (from vampires, fairies, dragons to gods, angels and demons). English is not my main language so excuse any errors I make.
I love cats, anime and manga. I also read a lot in my spare time (when I'm in the mood I can read 50 pages in a hour so I finish books very quickly if they are interesting) but I hate to study. I also love to do nothing (Lool) and to just listen to music (that's why I sleep so little... cause I'm listening to music). I also enjoy reading fanfiction and sometimes I write one or another (usually I just start writing and left the docs unfinished on my computer) AND I'm horribly lazy

Hi, my name is Stephanie, 31, originally from South Carolina. My love of reading began in 6th grade when my friends and I started reading Dean Koontz and Stephen King. If I really love a book I have no problem rereading it over and over and...well, you get the point.

I once tried to find a book I had read 18 years ago, and it bugged me to the point I went aisle by aisle in the library because all I could remember of it was the cover. Finally found it after a month of searching, crazy, I know! Now I keep a log of all the books I've read. As I said, crazy!

I'm so glad I found STP, amazing site.

Hi! I'm Bell and, like most if not all of you, I love to read.

Even though I love to read, it's one of the things I've been neglecting for a few years. I hope this site will help me get started on a more literary life?

I like a little bit of everything, (Paranormal, Adventures, Sci-fi, even though I haven't got the chance to read many...), but I guess the genre I end up reading most is Romance (the M/M type).

I do love a funny book, and I'm currently trying to get started on Pride and Prejudice and Zombies (because I love zombies and I can't wait for the Zombie Apocalypse).

Hi im katz and im a mom to a very enthusiastic and active 5 year old. I came upon this site while googling for pdfs of books. Im really glad i found this site and people kind enough to share. Im a newbie here and i will upload some from my own files. Ive also just appreciated pdfs and epubs and really love it its really hard moving house lugging around boxes of my books. Really heavy boxes! More power to all of us people here hehehe!

Hi all! I'm Skye. I've been addicted to books ever since I can remember. I discovered STP last October while searching online for an elusive e-book. I didn't realize that a lot of people actually read the genre I'm currently addicted to until I saw the thread here (yeay, I'm not alone!)

I have a couple of boxes of (eclectic)books my dad has been itching to burn. Spent about half of my life in high school inside the library (the word geek stamped on my forehead glows in the dark). I started getting a life in college (had my share of rock concerts, hangovers, cramming for midterm exams and borrowing my friend's copy of the latest harry potter book).

Now, I'm all grown up and reading m/m books. Don't tell my parents. Seriously.
