We are Looking for Smart and Aggressive Sales Professional for the
Post of Sales Manager for Max New York life Insurance.

Job Profile:-

1. You will be required to make a team of insurance advisors from your
own network & references.
2. Any person can be recruited as advisors; who is at least HSC passed
& has got good contacts so that he/ she can sell policies in good nos.
3. The company trains the advisors with Products information, IRDA
Regulations, Process & Sales skills. This training is for duration of
100 hrs which is conducted either manually or online, depending on the
person time availability. Once these advisors are done with the
training, they are required to give an examination of IRDA & once they
clear it, they become Authorized Agent of the company.
4. After the process of licencing is done you will manage the team for
selling life insurance policies.
5. Motivating your team & generating maximum business out of them.

Package:-
Package open to 4.5L+54,000 Re imbursements +Incentives.


Minimum Criteria:-
1) Minimum graduate or preferably be an MBA's.
2) Should be from the similar industry i.e. sales backgrounds.(6
months to 1years)
3)Age between 26-37
4) Good Communication.
5) Should be well versed with local area network(Mumbai)

We do have certain openings for the same profile as well as DIRECT
SALES & BANCAAURANCE with many Insurance companies.
