" Opening for a profile of Relationship Manager/Officer "

Overall Purpose

? Accountable for acquiring HNI/Retail clients, achieve pre-defined targets, which would in turn generate revenue.

Reporting Relationship

? Administrative Reporting: Manager Insurance

? Functional Reporting: Branch Manager

Liaisons With

? Internal Relationships: Unit Manager, Manager Insurance, Branch Manager

? External Relationships: HNI/Retail Clients/Corporate

Accountabilities

(I) (Primary / Critical)

? To identify and develop new business segments and geographical areas to generate business opportunities

? To acquire and build relations with High Net worth, Retail and corporate customers for the company

? To develop and maintain a long-term relationship with the customer to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and generate business

? To achieve targets for Sales, Revenue and Profitability within a given time-frame (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

? Provide the customer with various investment avenues and advising them on asset allocation

? To analyze the customers risk appetite, time horizon and provide him advisory services in line with customers

? Understanding the sensitivity involved in various business classes and providing them services within a prescribed turn around time (TAT).

? Conceptualize & implement sales promotional plan through various marketing channels

? Selling insurance and mutual fund products to the existing customers, and advising them regarding the ever changing trends in the financial markets

(II) Other accountabilities

? One point of contact for the customer for all their financial needs.

? Continuous updation of the MIS Report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

? Resolution of clients queries at the initial level and escalate the major queries to the Unit Manager

? Should have the required domain knowledge about the Insurance Industry

? Should have the knowledge about the required segment / focus group which they would pitch for client generation

? Should have in-depth knowledge about our competitors strategies

? Should keep abreast with the various innovations / changes in the Insurance and Mutual Fund market as it would aid them to sell the product to the client

Minimum Qualification

? Graduate / MBA

Minimum Experience
