Download Help

Every time I try to download a book i get this:
 application/octet-stream
and I'm unable to download the file because it can't open and I have tried different computers. Can anyone help?

Hi xdevilsworld,

This is a known issue with Firefox. Is that what you are using? There are some solutions listed here:
